Back in 1998, Dominick Gray was a successful account manager for a national telecommunications company where he saw the needs of businesses and knew there was a more efficient way of providing telecommunication services. When he founded Center City Communications, his primary goal was to develop all-inclusive solutions to satisfy business needs without having to deal with a plethora of individual vendors.
